Oral Health Is Important for Your Pet

Dentistry (Canine and Feline Dental Health)

  • During routine exams, our doctors will evaluate your dog's oral health and offer tips to keep them clean
  • Even though it is difficult to routinely brush your pet’s teeth, it is important to maintain good oral health
  • Sedation and gas anesthesia will be used during the dentistry
  • Our staff will do everything in our power to safely manage your pet's pain
  • If it is required, we will remove broken, diseased, abscessed teeth under anesthesia
  • Cats may require extraction of teeth if they have Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions (FORL)
  • Anesthesia will allow our doctors to thoroughly examine your pet's mouth for any dangerous lesions and dental cleaning, in order to prevent problems

"I was new to pet ownership and they were kind and very helpful and sent us home with treats for our dog. (Like a kid getting a sucker at the doctor's office!) They even offered to get the doctor's notes submitted directly to my insurance company, saving me time and an extra trip back for paperwork. They have also been wonderful about getting appointments scheduled quickly. I know I am sticking with them for all of our future veterinary needs!" - Jaclyn Tague
